Enjoy the best of both worlds. The 2252 sq' house is set on a .63 acre lot that has a pond in the backyard for canoeing and kayaking. Enjoy being out in the yard and then walk only a few hundred feet to the private association beach on Cape Cod Bay.

The pond views from the living room and beautiful sunroom create a very relaxing environment.

All beds are Select Comfort beds. Wireless internet available.

The views are great, the house is in wonderful condition and you have a 50’ dock if you want to bring your boat (3 foot plus draft at low tide and there are no bridges between the dock and Nantucket Sound).

The house is over 2500 sq’ with a large kitchen, open living and dining rooms, and four nice bedrooms, including a master bath with a two person jacuzzi tub. There is also a trundle bed in the master bedroom, so 10 people sleep comfortably.  The kitchen is well stocked and there is also wireless internet. Next to the sliders, out to the upper deck, is a wet bar with refrigerator.

Also, it is a casual .3 mile stroll to one of the Nantucket Sound beaches in South Yarmouth.

How about a beautiful Cape Cod home, in the much sought after area of West Dennis, with access to Kelly’s Pond (canoeing/kayaking), a nice easy walk to the beach on Nantucket Sound and a public Bass River boat launch close by with direct access to the ocean (no bridges). The Town of Dennis has beaches on both sides of the Cape, so you also have access to the Cape Cod Bay beaches on the north side.

This cape style home has 3 bedrooms, plus a bonus room, and comfortably sleeps 8 people (1516 sq'). The open kitchen, dining and living rooms provide a comfortable atmosphere, including cable TV, VCR/DVD player, plus some VCR/DVD movies, board games and assorted books.

After a day at the beach, come back to a warm outdoor shower which has a refreshing spa shower head. Use the gas grill to cook dinner while you relax on the two-tier deck with table/chairs, umbrella and lawn chairs, or enjoy the nicely maintained yard.

When back in the house for the evening, there is a 1st floor bedroom (queen), a bathroom with shower and a convenient washer/dryer. Upstairs is the Master bedroom (queen), a 3rd bedroom (twins) and a bathroom with tub and shower, plus a bonus room with twin beds which is also ideally used as a Den with TV, VCR/DVD player.

Everyone loves Cape Cod beaches, especially in Dennis, MA. This 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath home is located north of Route 6A, on a corner lot, and just a short drive to Mayflower, Bayview and Chapin Beaches. Enjoy the 1152 sq' of living space, including the remodeled kitchen (with dishwasher), living room, plus an open TV area. The washer and dryer will save you from spending time at a laundromat. Relax on the deck after taking an outdoor shower to wash off the beach sand. There are also two window A/C units just in case we have some unusually hot weather.
